The learning intentions from Week 1 to Week 5 are outlined as follows: looping in a list program design user input if statements reuse of code snippets Alan always participates sessions in a timely manner. Alan has shown great willingness to learn during classes and has applied himself in class. He actively responds to the teacher and has shown no disruptive behaviour during class. Alan’s final test has shown some improvement in his spelling and reading skills. He always prepares his homework, however, sometimes he emails it to me too late, so he loses a chance to analyse his marked homework and learn from his mistakes before the next class session. His reading pace is a bit low for his level, so reading each text aloud 3-5 times is absolutely necessary for him. Alan has demonstrated a positive attitude to his Saturday class. He is always on time and his homework is completed. There has been an improvement in Alan’s spelling as well as he shows a good understanding of factual questions from the English reading comprehension but has difficulty understanding inferral questions, which is quite normal to students of his age.
