Allan is bright and motivated to learn French. He needs to work on practicing his vocabulary during the week so as to help with retention, as between lessons he tends to forget the majority. His pronunciation is very good and he has the confidence to try and build sentences and work through ideas on his own. Well done Allan. Keep up the good work.
Allan did very well in his English class. He has a very good grasp of using conjunctions and gramatical points. We will be pushing forward next turm with elongating sentences and trying out some creative writing. Well done Allan, keep up the good work. However doing homework has been an issue. Next term I would like parents to be proactive in checking that students have completed their homework.
Allan always participates each session in a very positive manner and he aways shares his ideas or suggestions. He could always interacts with the teacher and the peers frequently. Allan is outnumbered by girls in this class. I was a little worried that it would be a bit much, but he is actually the strongest academically in the class. He is creative, can think outside the box and develop his grammar usage independantly of the book. I will set him some more challenging homework so that he can practice his skills.
Allan did very wel in his english grammar class. it is clear that he is well on the way to mastering and being able to proactively use conjunctions. Well done Allan. Keep up the good work.
Allan was very dedicated to doing his exam under exam conditions. He respected the rules and did very well. Afterwards we began discussing how to use I want.
Allan said he could not find his book for this class. however he did endevour to work on some paper to complete the exercises. Please make sure he has his book prepared before class in the future. Allan did try hard on building come creative sentences.
Allan tried hard today. He wrote down all his sentences and practiced the breakfast vocaublary. He did not complete his homework from last week.
Allan was a little distracted in class today. but we managed do productively work on breakfast foods. The homework was not done. This week’s homework is two write a sentence about their favourite breakfast: Mon petit déjeuner préfèré est………….
Allan is persistant with the tasks, though not confident in identifying grammar forms without a prompt yet. We will wontinue to build on this. His descriptive vocabulary is good and I hope will improve over the course of the lessons. The homework was not done from last week. This is somewhat dissapointing as the parents has specifically asked that homework be set. Homework: pg 32 which was not last week. + pg 36 brief descriptions about cats and dogs.
Allan tried hard in French class today. As they had not done the homework we did have to revise the vocaublary again. Homework: Describe your favourite hobbies- finish each sentence with a hobby we learnt in class J’adore………. J’aime………… Je préfère…… (2 hobbies) j’aime……..mais je préfère….. Je n’aime pas…. Je déteste……..
Allan always attends sessions in a timely manner. He is very active and positive in class. He frequently attends class activities. And he always shares his own ideas about each story. He is a very nice student, and he is very enthusiastic about learning so he improves a lot. He is also self-disciplined, he always finishes homework promptly and his accuracy rate is quite high, it could reach around 95%. During these five weeks, Allan has learned five texts, he has a good understanding about each one and could answer the reading comprehension by himself. Well done.

Allan was quite in class today. We were learning a lot of new ideas and vocabulary. It is important that Allan notes down the vocabulary and practices it between classes to help with retention.

Allan has really put his heart into learning French, it is lovely to see his dedication. This term the classes will not just be building on last term, but really pushing on with vocabulary and grammar structure. We did need a recap however this week, though he does have good retention of the key French we learnt last term. There was an issue with the Ipads not being charged which meant we had to finish the class a little earlier than normal. Please make sure they are charged up for class.
Allen did really well on the final exam. He showed dedication to trying out tasks which are difficult and its clear he tried hard. It is clear that Allen needs to revise the memebers of the family and numbers. Allen is able to build on his knowledge to create more complex sentences. His progress has been significant over the weeks both visibly and in his class output. Well done Allen!
Great class. Really proud of Allan’s work. Needs to work on the verbs Avoir and etre.
Allan is really progressing. He is lively in discussion and able to produce phrases spontaniously! There is real maked improvement to be seen. Didn’t do homework, but we will work on this in class.
Allan was great today! Some new teaching techniques to monitor writing. and he really took to those! I hope to build on this in future classes.

Really impressed with Allen today. He is makign good progressed. Really engaged. And beginning to tackle more difficult ideas.
Allan was a little less focused today. We did have to stop the class to deal with some roudiness. This is not a problem as when we refocused he was very productive. He retains well though does need to reinforced and practice when not in clas.
Allan was very productive for a first time french learner, he had fun and was engaged.
Allan was even better today, he was very concentrated.
Allan was very interactive and involved in class.
