During the sessions, Harry seldom keep the camera on. Harry is reluctant to shares ideas with the teacher and peers. He is rarely answering the questions. Harry has full attendance in this term. But he usually turned off his camera and muted himself. Sometimes, he could not response to teacher’s call. Harry was able to tackle programming puzzles easily, but his improvement was slow because he sometimes was not focusing on the classes. Harry has the potential to learn programming easily, but it requires his commitment and self discipline.
In this Term Harry has been able to learn the following: – Days of the week, months of the year, seasons – Numbers – Colours – Different verb tenses – Useful phrases and vocabulary – Likes and dislikes – Description of a person – Dictations (working on listening skills) – Feelings Sadly, Harry does not participate much in Spanish class and he barely interacts with his teacher/classmate. Harry has attended all the classes. Harry demonstrated his ability to complete the programs on time in the class. He has a clear understanding of the basics of Python programming. However, he sometimes refused to tackle some challenge tasks. Moreover, Harry sometimes muted himself and closed the camera during the class, and he could not respond to the teacher’s questions in time, which shows that he might not focus on the class.
Harry enjoys playing games and learning but once he has to write things down he is not very happy about it. It would be great if he participated more in class as, when he does participate, he does really well!
