Kris did a very good job in general the first half of the semester. We started to use year 3 English skills book the semester which is a lot more challenge than Cambridge book that we used to teach. Our goal for the book is mainly at developing Kris’s reading comprehensive skills along with extend his vocabularies. Kris always participate sessions in a timely manner, and he can actively engage during the class, stayed in front of the camera, share his ideas more freely than last semester. Kris Kris actively joins in the class and has a passion for learning. He has finished all of his assigned work during term 3 and actively learns from the teacher during class. Kris is slowly getting more comfortable in communicating in English for effective classroom interaction, he is able to express himself in his own words and answer the question critically in short phrases and sentences, Well done Kris. His reading and listening skills are well-developed, we will start to focus on writing in the near future and I believe he can do a very good job as well.

Kris is very self-discipline, his fundamental skills are well developed especially phonics and sentence structure. He always finishes his homework on time with clear pronunciation and good hand-writing. During the class, we are using English only, he could follow instructions very well and have meaningful interaction with me, very well-done, Kris. I would expect he expresses his own opinion more when being asked open questions.

Kris did a great job in his final exam for Term 2, 2020. He had a very good understanding about the meaning of words and sentences and responded in a correct manner. His handwriting is very neat which adds bonus to the whole paper. The only issue is that he needs to practise spelling from now on. Overall, it is a great presentation for the paper.
