Quinn is a highly skilled linguist. He is both creative and dynamic, but most importantly, highly motivated. It is clear that he has a firm grasp in A1 level French. We probably need to work more on helping him to correctly write french, as sometimes his grammar is not quite right. He is very active in class and always ready to push forward and improve his vocabulary, grammatical skills and pronunciation. However doing homework has been an issue. Next term I would like parents to be proactive in checking that students have completed their homework.
We did the test today. Quinn found it challenging, which is a very good thing, as it will push him to strive further. We began joining themes from previous classes, seasons, weather and clothing.
Quinn’s French is already at a high level, however I am hoping to push him a little out of his comfort zone, and begin building on his knowledge. He is highly motivated and does lots of work outside the classroom too.
Quinn did very well in class today, building longer sentences using increasingly varied vocabulary.
Quinn did very well on the vocabulary about prepositions. He was also confident in constructing his own sentences to describe a house.
Quinn was very lively in class today. We had a lot of fun playing around with building more complex sentences. it is really great to see how his langugage capabilities are progressing.
Quinn really tried hard in this class. We were dealing with vocabulary he had never seen before but really stepped up and performed well.
Quinn joined the first and last 10 minutes of class. He was excellent at building complex phrases around food prefernces.
Quinn’s level of French is excellent. He needs to focus on building more complex sentences by using other parts of the verb other than je.
Quinn’s final exam is exemplary. Very well done. It is clear that he is confiedent, capable and able to use and adapt the French that he has learnt. It is important to keep practicing and re-enforcing the vocabulary that we have learnt in class. It has been wonderful to see Quinn’s dvelopment. I hope he will continue to thrive in French class. Amazingly well done.

Quinn was absent
Quinn needs to practice his verbs during the week between class. He already has a good understanding but needs to solidify it. He is progessing really well.
Quinn is a great student. I am really impressed with how he wants to push forward and improve his knowledge. His grasp of the verbs is excellent and he is vocal and productive. Homework: Numbers 1-70 worksheet. Go over the family names for next week’s class Bring a photo of your family members for a presentation.
