From week 1 to week 5 Sally has done quite well! She participates in most lessons and she keeps her camera on during every session. She sometimes interacts with her classmates and her teacher although she is engaged in every lesson. Regarding the homework, she always does it and it is obvious to tell that Sally could answer 80% in a correct manner. Sally has demonstrated excellent learning capabilities in maths this term. She was willing to challenge herself with difficult questions and contributed largely in class activities. She handed in homework on time and completed the work with a high standard, which also matched with her test results. In her test, Sally demonstrated outstanding understanding of a lot of maths knowledge we learned, including rate, congruent triangles, profit and loss, discount, and other percentage-related areas; however, she made some mistakes in calculation. Sally has been a great student this term in Science. She has a good understanding on the concepts we discussed in Science and completed all tasks in a timely manner. Sally also did incredibly well on her Term 3 Science exam. She is recommended to read questions carefully and double check her work so that she can turn good scores into great scores. But overall, Sally has worked incredibly well and hard this term and she should be proud of her effort.
Sally has improved A LOT in comparison to last Term!!! WELL DONE!! Sally is a very able and mature student and she is encouraged to speak more regularly in class discussions as her class work shows she has an interesting and insightful perspective. Sally has worked hard this term and it is hoped that she maintains this approach so that she continues making positive strides in Science.

Sally has shown excellent learning and understanding capabilities in Maths class. She was always one of the first students to complete the questions with high accuracy. She also has very good logic and reasoning skills. One thing Sally can improve in the future is that she can try to be more confident and share her thoughts with the class. Sally has done really well during Term 3! She is hard working and she does participate in class. In this Term we have worked on the following: – Dictations (practice grammar, vocabulary, different nouns, adjectives, etc) – Procedures (what it is, how to write a procedure, etc). Sally did a good job over last term. She is able to understand almost all the class content, and willing to follow the class instruction. However, Sally needs to pay more attention to her literacy skills, as sometimes the word questions can be difficult to understand.
Sally has got a better understanding about the grammar learned during Term 2 and she could do a better job if she had reviewed thoroughly before the exam. She needs to be mindful about non-finite verbs, especially some fixed phrases, such as, get used to doing, look forward to doing, admit doing, deny doing. Besides, please also check how to use article ‘a, an, the’.

Sally did really well in her exam. She made a few mistakes (verb tense, punctuation and spelling) but overall it was great! I would like her to practice more writing activities at home so she can improve her writing skills.
Sally did incredibly well in her semester 2 Science exam. She is recommended to read questions carefully so that she answers the question correctly. But she did very well and should be proud of her efforts this semester.

We started using Powerpoint slides today in order to learn how to write a Film review and understand what type of information we have to include when writing a review. It is a great way to make lessons more interactive and it makes it easier for students to learn about the different topics.
Sally did well on her Science exam. She got 21 marks out of 27. That’s 78%. Well done, Sally.
