I have taught Trinity on a one-to-one basis for the past two sessions. This is working well for Trinity as I am able to focus on her own year level and use her Excel Grade 4 worksheets. Her last essay, based on the structure that we covered in class, demonstrated that Trinity was listening and trying to follow the guidelines in essay writing. Trinity reads very well, above her grade level. However we still need to work on word recognition for new words. I am now working on expanding her vocabulary and creating more interesting sentences. Trinity is progressing well.
